This error 3194 usually occurs when your iTunes program tries to validate the downloaded restore file which is the (.ipsw) and it can't reach the Apple's server for the validation process. This usually happens when something is blocking the connection such as your firewall, antivirus or might be your hosts file.

Solution 1:Step 1: Quit iTunes
Step 2: Download TinyUmbrealla. (Check for the latest version or previous version if needed)
Step 3: Open TinyUmbrealla
Step 4: Choose your iPhone and click "Advanced".
Step 5: Untick "Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit".
Step 6: Apply Changes.
